Experience Since 1990

1990-2000
I started working with my best friend at her father's pallet mill during high school, cleaning up wood scraps, sweeping floors, and stacking wood. Later, I placed orders, invoiced, and managed deliveries for the pallet sales office. In 2000, I worked for a packaging sales company completing orders, payables, and invoicing.
2004
I began my career in the Pallet and Packaging industry, embracing an outside sales position and building a great business for my company and myself. In this position, I gained knowledge of the mills' production and processes, welcomed the challenge of consolidating and redesigning pallet programs, and persevered through market changes. The position blessed me with a great network of suppliers and businesses that I consider my family and friends.
2017
I began Knotty Pallet, LLC in 2018 with a vision to build a business that directly worked with pallet mills production to couple with companies in meeting their requirements in products and services. Knotty Pallet LLC focused on eliminating the supply chain bottleneck by supplying quality products and services that enhance the customer's programs. Our representatives continued industry knowledge, dependability, and responsiveness throughout the pandemic during unprecedented times. They managed the supply chain, helping our customers continue manufacturing and shipping their products
2022
Knotty Pallet LLC gains WBENC (Woman Business Enterprise Network Council) certification, bringing additional sales representatives to expand our business reach. We are growing exponentially, listening to our market, mills, customers, and the environment to be responsible partners to everyone we engage.
